Programme Details
Aim
- To develop, knowledge, and awareness in Intellectual Property Rights
- To develop expertise and practical skills in different aspects of intellectual property
- To create deeper knowledge and conceptual clarity in the emerging and contemporary areas of intellectual property
- To create a cadre of intellectual property lawyers and supporting professionals to engage with the institutions and regulatory bodies.
Duration
There will be 12 courses and each course has six credits, spread over two years in 4 semesters. Each semester will thus have 3 courses.
M.I.P.L. Courses
The course will have a total of 72 credits. The course will be covered through an array of activities including project work, assignments, counselling and teleconferencing. The 12 courses covered in M.I.P.L. aretellectual Property

Fee Structure
The programme fee (all inclusive) is Rs.36, 000/- (Rupees Thirty six thousand only).
Methodology:
The evaluation for M.I.P.L. will have three components:
- The Continuous assessment: Online submission of answers to the questions at the end of each block.
- The Research Essays:
- Online Term End Examinations: Includes theory, analytical and problem-oriented questions.
